Transformative Skills and Accomplishments

Key to my success as an administrator, I have helped build and develop a culture of stewardship and innovation among my team and colleagues, and advanced the school’s mission and vision. I have a breadth and depth of skills and accomplishments including:

Transforming the school’s technology infrastructure and classroom technologies over 16 years..

Cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and stewardship among the students and colleagues through the creation of the innovation studio and various professional development and STEAM and design-based thinking classes and offerings.

Collaborating on the development of various school wide initiatives to further accessibility and opportunities for digital and hybrid teaching and learning, DEI committee work and curricular review, and health and safety..

Managing technology throughout the school through strategic vision and fiscal planning, and achieving on par or excelling market standards with modest annual budgetary increases.

Empowering students, faculty and staff with the tools and knowledge to be relevant and effective learners and educators in the 21st century by supporting ongoing professional development and a collaborative approach to the adoption and exploration of new ideas.
